Repaired Hair
After menopause my hair reacted badly to colouring and was so dry and I had bald patches! I decided to grow out my colour and I now have natural ash blonde thick curly hair again. I couldn’t believe how the texture had changed though and struggled to find a decent anti frizz shampoo until this range. Wow I can’t believe the difference in my hair! I use the ultra gentle version and it brought my hair and scalp back to fullness and health. In stead of short strands from breakage I have regrowth. I tried curl manifesto and love the smell but discipline suits my hair better. For anyone who has damaged curly hair this range is great. I use the hair oil too on a daily basis.

I have been using the Kerastase shampoo/conditioner combo for close to 2 years introduced by a family member and it was the Dicipline range. Then I tried 3 other combinations i.e. Densifique, Blond Absolu and Chroma Absolu. Best are in order of blonde then thickness and chemical damage . But have gone back to Dicipline as it makes my hair feel silky smooth and in good condition but I especially love the smell it’s by far the best out of all that I have used so far.
