Designed to protect your hair against frizz and humidity for up to 72 hours, Kérastase Discipline Bain Fluidealiste will gently cleanse away impurities, whilst the pro-keratin formula will restore and re-establish the integrity of the hair. Enriched with amino acids, a wheat protein derivative and ceramide R, it smooths and strengthens the hair, whilst creating an even surface and a hydrophobic layer which protects the hair from humidity. Your locks will be left with natural movement, a soft texture and a frizz-free finish. - L.M.

Indulging myself
This shampoo is pure luxury: I had never used Kerastase products out of the salon but found this at a good price on the website and decided to indulge myself during lockdown. What a treat!! It really keeps my frizz under control and smells gorgeous, it feels like I've just left the salon even though I haven't been to one since March. All thumbs up!

Really disappointed
I am a bit of a hair obsessive so when I read that Good Housekeeping had given this system a fantastic rating I knew I had to try it out. I bought the shampoo, conditioner, creme and intensive conditioner and I would only keep the creme out of the 4. My hair feels like straw after washing and neither conditioner helps to get the knots out. Maybe my miracle working expectations were too high. Will carry on using it and if there is an improvement I will write another review.

I have curly and frizzy hair and this product is amazing. Yes, my fair is still curly but they look better and lighter and it smells amazing. I think my hair got used to it after a couple of months so I need a break, but will definitely come back to it again/

A quality shampoo
Have used this shampoo for some time. My hair has been coloured for years and this shampoo does not fade the colour. It helps keep my dry ended hair shiny and manageable.

so disappointed
I was so disappointed with this. Was really excited to try it and it is awful! I have thick long wavy hair with some highlights but done in a balayage way so my roots are not coloured at all. I have used it twice now and it leaves my roots dull and greasy and doesn't seem to help with frizz or dryness in the highlighted ends. I have used it in conjunction with the conditioner product. Have previously really rated other Kerastase products but this one seems awful.

The Best!!
I always buy the shampoo, conditioner and leave in relaxant spray. It works wonders on my long and wavy hair. There's an amazing difference after the very first wash. It smooths down the follicle and gives amazing shine. Yes it's expensive but well worth it for the ease of looking after my hair!

Great shampoo
This is a great shampoo (this one and Bain Satin 1 are my longterm favourites). Makes my hair soft and manageable, especially when used with Discipline Maskeratine mask and Discipline styling product. Currently using it together with Resistance Therapiste mask and the result is also great. I have long thick blonde coloured & highlighted hair which is obviously dry, and Discipline series help to smooth it and take away the frizz to minimum.

Great Shampoo
A little bit pricey however, it's true what they say "you get what you pay for" it lathers really fell, hair feels soft and clean and it's Sulphate free which is why I choose shampoo by this Kerastase from this range as I have coloured and salon treated hair. My hairdresser recommended this to me as she uses this on me in the salon. I buy it on lookfantastic.com however as I save a little bit money and lookfantastic others great customer service. I would recommend KÉRASTASE RESISTANCE CIMENT ANTI-USURE - VITA CIMENT ADVANCE as conditioner with this or KÉRASTASE DISCIPLINE FONDANT FLUIDEALISTE
