Fresh Affair is your ultimate secret weapon for secondday hair, post workout touch ups and whenever you're in need of a quick refresh. Use it also as a blowdry extender to prevent oily roots, or before going to bed to assure overnight oil absorption. Shake well before use. Hold the can at a distance of approximately 15cm from hair. Spray evenly onto dry hair, focusing on roots and scalp, brush through. Flip hair and brush gently to remove any excess residue. Allows for multiple applications.

Do the benefits outweigh the risk?
This dry shampoo is much pricier than my usual brands but it smells good and does refresh my hair when I'm in a hurry. I don't like other brands as they leave white marks which are a pain to blend in, but this spray is light and gives the illusion of freshly washed & dried hair, without the white powder so it's super easy and quick to apply. My concern is that this dry shampoo has just been flagged as one which contains a dangerous amount of benzene, a carcinogen found to be linked to a number of hair and skincare products but in particular dry shampoos. The article (which was backed up by evidence and official reports inc. one by the FDA) stated that customers should discontinue use of these products (including this particular one) immediately, but I have to say I am terribly torn, as risks aside it works so well :( According to the article this product is one of a few brands yet to be recalled, but I would guess it's only a matter of time. If you use dry shampoo on a regular basis, I'd think again before purchasing this, but if you use it sparingly like me (a few times a year) then just consider the pros & cons (if I don't get cancer from this product I'm sure to get it from my diet, or sunscreen, or lip balm, or deodorant, etc!). Enjoy life, love others and look after yourself.

Need a lot to have any effect
I love dry shampoos and I probably have tried most of the ones on the market . I was excited when I found this one as I love the brand . It’s just the best . However , this dry shampoo wasn’t that effective . Finished too soon as I just had to reapply several times a day . Too weak I’d say . Thanks
