Suitable for damaged and over-processed hair, the Resistance Therapiste Soin from Kérastase is a lightweight conditioner developed for use before shampooing, but can also be used after cleansing if preferred. Effectively forms a protecting film onto hair fibres to shield from washing and further damage, leaving you with luscious, healthy locks. Its unique FIBRA-KAP™ formula regenerates keratin associated proteins (KAPs) to repair hair structure and restore moisture.
Apply to damp hair, massage onto lengths and ends. Leave in for 2-3 minutes, emulsify and rinse thoroughly. Developed for use before shampooing, but can also be used after cleansing if preferred.

Good but runy
I use it before shampooing it really helped to reduce breakage. It makes hair soft stronger and easier to detangle. I just feel ita very runy and that once u put in in my hair it disappears quickly before i can even spread it. My hair is fine, bleached and dry.

My hair is in good condition but I have always washed it everyday,sometimes twice so I have always been mindful to deep condition regularly and keep my hair well nourished so I bought this for myself as a treat. I have never had a conditioner that is to be applied before shampoo (you can also apply after if you prefer) so I was intrigued straight away whether this would give a good result or not,and it did ! It worked just as well if not better,a fab fresh smell too,suited my hair lovely and didn’t weigh it down at all. Really pleased I got this and will definitely continue to use it

I have fine, highlighted hair which was going 'fluffy' on the ends but this conditioner and shampoo has saved me from having to have at least 3 inches chopped off. My hair is strong and healthy and even my hairdresser commented on its condition. Every time my hair is heading for disaster I know Kerastase will have some thing to save it!
