Dry and itchy scalp
This is my 3rd shampoo from Kerastase as I loved the brand, however this shampoo is awful. It has given me extremely dry and itchy scalp, to the point I’m embarrassed to leave the house as it looks like I have dandruff. In addition to that, it does not give hair volume as suggested, instead it dries out my hair as well. This shampoo has really put me off purchasing from Kerastase again.

Honestly I don’t like to leave bad reviews but I felt like I had to for this specific product...this range is called the “volumifique” but I can assure you guys it definetly does not add volume to fine hair but instead makes it look like you have very little hair. It has also damaged my hair and a lot has fallen out. So no don’t purchase if you have fine hair like me and wanted some volume.
