Designed for oily scalps prone to dandruff, the Kérastase Symbiose Purifying Anti-Dandruff Cellular Shampoo helps to cleanse and clarify the hair and scalp.
The breathable foaming formula uses salicylic acid and piroctone olamine, which gently exfoliate to lift away dead skin cells, flakes and oil build-up. Ideal for even sensitive scalps, the shampoo leaves your scalp feeling soothed and balanced.

Amazing!
Had previously used a cheap shampoo/conditioner set that absolutely destroyed my scalp, so had bad dandruff for a few months. Loved the Kerastase blonde shampoo so thought I’d give this a go and I am blown away with the results. It seemed to help with a week or 2 of using and now around a month later I’m dandruff free. My hair has never felt cleaner.

Really disappointed with this shampoo does not clean my hair at all. Left it feeling greasy even after two washes. Caused lots of knots as well in the ends of my hair. Gutted as it’s very expensive as well.

Ok but still leaves an itchy scalp.
It cleans the hair but not as good as other shampoos for getting rid of flakes or itching. Perhaps on mild cases it will have better results.

Not as good as the old version
I had been using the old version of this shampoo very happily for years, now they’ve changed it I’ve found myself looking to replace it. It works on the scalp for sure but drys out my hair and leaves it much more unmanageable, it also doesn’t feel clean even after using it twice. This is definitely a cumulative effect as I’m halfway through my first bottle, I stupidly bought two when on offer, and it’s so bad there’s no way I’ll be using it even once more.

Almost perfect
Bought this as it was the closest match to the Keratase Specifique bain anti-pelliculaire which was perfect for my hair. I think they've discontinued it and replaced it with this one instead. If I'd known, I'd have stocked up. This shampoo does clear my scalp but I've found it a little drying on the rest of my hair. It's missing the creamy formula of the Specifique one. I don't condition my hair as it weighs it down so don't want to have to start now. May have to try the version for dry scalp and see if it makes a difference. It's difficult because they are so pricey, you don't want to end up buying something you later regret. Strongly recommend only buying when there's a discount on.
