Not that great
I've been looking for something to stop breaking my hair in a ponytail. Unfortunately although these hold ok they are covered jn hair when removed so obviously breaking the hair more than the previous styles I've tried. They do feel nice but if you want them to reduce breakage don't buy them.

These are nice scrunchies, I wear them for bed and in the daytime in a low ponytail to avoid strain on my scalp. The don’t pull hair out. I have very long hair and hate it touching me in bed so I always try to avoid tight elastic bobbles. They do slip out a bit because they’re silky and I don’t tie it tight in bed. Ive only just bought a new pack after a couple of years.
