I use this in between colour appointments. It stays on all day and doesn't fade when you brush your hair. I have a nearly white mallen streak which is very noticeable against my otherwise nearly black hair, and this stuff covers it perfectly inbetween colour treatments. It is a spray so cover your face when you spray and put on before your clothes and make up
