La Roche-Posay presents the Anthelios Age Correct SPF50+. This potent sun cream guards the skin against harmful UVA and UVB rays, offering broad-spectrum protection.
Ideal for mature and sensitive skin types, the formula helps to visibly soften the appearance of fine lines. Hyaluronic acid gives a burst of moisture, while niacinamide works to visibly even the skin tone. PHE-Resorcinol boasts resurfacing properties for a brighter, smoother-looking complexion.
Anti-Pollution and Anti-Oxidation Technology harmonise to lend extra protection to the skin. Topped with the brand’s Thermal Spring Water, the sun lotion helps to hydrate.

The best
I have sensitive skin which burns easily and has reacted badly to previous facial sunscreens, coming up in a bumpy rash. This stuff is amazing. Goes on beautifully (I don't even bother with moisturiser when I use it) and does really well under makeup. It smells nice but not too strongly. It definitely protects from the sun. Recently I spent two hours in direct sun in the afternoon having applied this at 7am. I burnt badly on my neck where I hadn't applied any but my face was absolutely fine. I am just reordering as I don't want to run out!

Stings in eyes, stings on skin
Awful. My skin is not particularly sensitive and this stings in both eyes and on the skin. What a rip-off.

This is a great face cream, I have oily skin and this doesn’t leave me with oily patch once I have applied my make up. Even though it’s factor 50 it’s not thick like other cream, would definitely recommend

Brilliant SPF
I use this SPF all year round, as I use a Retinal (Medik8 Crystal 6) every evening, so need a decent SPF the following day. You only need a small amount and it absorbs immediately, leaving no white residue. No problem wearing it under make up either, I just leave it a couple of minutes before applying a cc cream. I have older skin (49 yrs) that has a little discolouration in places (too much unprotected sun worshipping in my youth!) and would say that the Niacinamide has helped lighten those age spots. I have normal/combination skin, the Hyaluronic acid content also means I don't need an additional moisturiser. Certainly worth the higher price point because it lasts months.

I bought the Anthelios Age Correct after reading so many glowing reviews and I have to say that I was not disappointed. It absorbs completely without leaving a white cast and doesn’t sting my sensitive eyes. I am definitely going to keep using this product, it is absolutely fantastic!
