Reimagining and reformulating a cult classic, the Translucent Loose Setting Powder Ultra-Blur from Laura Mercier is enhanced with ultra-blurring powder pigments.
Delivering up to 16 hours of weightless wear, the finely milled powder veils the complexion in a soft-matte finish, capturing the illusion of flawless skin. The powder utilises amino acids and silica powders to refine the appearance of imperfections and control shine for an airbrushed, soft-focus effect. Arriving in three shades, the non-drying powder locks in makeup for long-lasting wear, taking your look from day to night.
To achieve the Flawless Face, saturate the Velour Puff with Translucent Loose Setting Powder Ultra-Blur, working powder into puff by folding and rubbing the halves together. Tap off excess. Press puff onto skin using a rolling motion to set makeup. I have now tried and tested this setting powder for about a month. Below pros and cons. Pros Applies well with the powder puff Sets well and keeps the makeup in place whole day A little bit is enough to cover the whole face No scent Not too white, like some brands powders Cons Price, too expensive for me No powder puff included, have to purchase separately The lid is too small, so a little uncomfortable to gather the powder on the sponge before applying I am not sure about blurring effect, for me I didn't get that blurring effect.

Probably the best loose powder there is. A little goes a long way. Gives a lovely blurred finish & never goes cakey. Doesn’t settle into fine lines either. I’ve tried other powders but always go back to this one. I also use the pressed finishing powder depending on what look I am achieving. I’m 58 & find LM powder’s excellent for mature skin
