The one and only
The best eyeliner on the market. I´m on my 4th jar of this eyelineer and it´s the only one that doesn´t budge on my oily eyelids. I would say you need a good brush to work with it, because it dries up on the eye fast and you don´t have a lot of time to work with it - but´once it´s dry it´s there up for everything.
