Caffeine supports the formula, making it ideal for visibly brightening under-eye circles and tonal irregularities. Twist the bottom of the pen to unlock, then click half-way for precise coverage or all the way for easy, all-over coverage. Use the 171S Smooth Edge All-Over Face Brush (sold separately) or your fingertips and blend the product into skin. Twist the bottom again to lock and snap the lid onto the pen.
