honestly, it's a toothpaste. It cleans your teeth. Nothing much to rave about the effect because you still need to visit the dentist. However, i love the scent and how a little goes a long way. You really just need a little and you are sorted. The price tag looks high but since you don't need a lot, it's not that bad!
