Heavy, thick, greasy and difficult to lather/create suds
I resent my purchase of this shampoo, the quality is inferior and incredibly difficult to work with, with its thick unworkable texture. It does not lather or create suds, and has my hair feeling greasy and heavy. I really do not recommend this product and it is completely overrated for the price; the conditioner however is mediocre but does the basics I found myself losing more hair whilst using this set.

Awful, complete waste of money
I was confident enough to purchase based on the reviews, but massively regretting it now as I can’t use it. It leaves your hair looking really greasy and feels all sticky and weird. I tried a second time and even used an exfoliating shampoo afterwards to try and remove the weird stickiness I could feel and rinsed for ages, but the same thing happened again, so I simply can’t use it, gutted :-(

I have fine coloured hair and this range is great for putting a bit of moisturiser back in my hair. Although I find that it is quite heavy for every day use so I try and combine with using a lighter shampoo every few washes.

Not the same product. I have used this same product before but this delivered one isn't the same quality. The shampoo is not cleansing and feels more like a conditioner than shampoo. It just feels like a inferior quality to the previous batch. Very disappointed.
