Decent primer
This does help to boost the effect of your mascara and because it’s blue you can really see where you’ve applied and missed. The blue tone also sets off black mascara when added on top.

This is blue as the reviews state. I think the blue contributes to a deeper look. Definitely makes lashes look longer. I think I need to try a different mascara as one side looked quite lumpy. Still in trial though .
