I bought this shampoo a few months ago as I used to have thick hair but it's become thinner over the years and white flat. On the first use of this shampoo my hair felt noticeably thicker and my scalp felt really clean. When I first used it I didn't use any conditioner as it says that it contains this however my hair did feel a bit dry and tangled so I have since been using a conditioner and that feels much better. I would definitely buy this again!
