Isn't waterproof
I had high hopes for this eyeliner not to bleed on the waterline after reading reviews. However it bled into my.outer eye corners within a hour. It looked awful. Waste of money. I have purchased many eyeliners over the years to try find one that doesn't bleed on the waterline but I'm.still trying to find that eyeliner.
