Disappointing
Was really looking forward to receiving this. Did alot of research and decided to finally go for it even though it is expensive. I am sad to say its really nothing special. I find the shape really awkward, because i am so concious of marking the ceramic with finger marks i try to lift the pod off near the base- its just really fiddley. Tried various oils in it and they all just smell very faint, mostly just the steam. Tried adding more drops still very little fragrance. I dont have this with similar ceramic diffusers using much less oil and at a third of the price. On the plus, it looks attractive, better than the common plastic styles. It does go off as specified by the timer and when water level is low. The light is lovely but all in all nothing special, not worth the cost and quite disappointing.

I was hesitant to buy this because of the price, even after the LF discount, however, having previously used other diffusers which either didn't really release much scent or didn't shut themselves off, I decided to go ahead, based on the other glowing reviews. I'm very glad I did and have used it pretty much every day since. The unit is discrete, pretty and stable and releases a nice, even, gentle plume of spray which fills the room with scent. The quiet little babble of water is pleasant and the unit is easy to clean. Being able to turn it on and forget about it is a big plus for me. I can see this lasting a long time and is definitely earning its keep, so I think this justifies the price I paid.
