1. Make sure skin is clean and dry.
2. Smooth a thin mask-like layer of Aqua Gel onto your neck and face working in sections.

I use this gel after cleansing with the microcurrent feature on my SENSEE device. It really does make such a difference..a must have. The gel is really light and non sticky..the best one I have used ( I had a sample before buying) by far.
