This is by far the best eyeliner I've ever used. Very soft on the eye and believe me it does not move. It doesn't smudge and the intensity of the colour is absolutely insane. I get compliments galore when I wear this at work which matches my uniform funnily enough. Shame it's out of stock I can't wait to get another one or two.
