Thoroughly wet hair from roots to ends with luke warm water. Lather a quarter size amount of MEDIUM shampoo in hands and then work into roots and where hair touches the scalp. Rinse shampoo. Squeeze out excess moisture before applying conditioner. Apply a quarter size amount of MEDIUM conditioner, focusing on midshaft and ends.
