Quite often, there is 1 or 2 'TOTALLY EMPTY' vials in 1 box. Practically ALL the vials are NEVER FULL, and only about half-full only!!! In view of these DEFECTS, I am and have been paying an OVER-CHARGED PRICE by 35% approx. throughout !!!
