My mums favourite eyeliner. She always has issues with smudging when she applies eyeliner on her waterline but this one does not budge. A must have

Great product
I've just started using eyeliners, pencil & liquid. I don't know where it came from, if I picked it up ages ago somewhere or if a friend gave it to me. I used it once & loved it. It went on so perfectly, smooth in a continous line, & the perfect amount the first time around. Dust with some powder and good to go. Lasts all day or night w/no smudes. Glad I found it online to get a backup.
