Pleasant and hydrating
This was a nice and affordable toner that left my skin refreshed and hydrated. The rose scent wasn't overwhelming and overall I was quite satisfied with this find. Recently I've been thinking of repurchasing but perhaps I'll wait till the warmer months as the texture is quite watery (but also soothing and refreshing) and now that it's still winter I prefer slightly thicker toners (think some Korean ones).
