The Makeup Revolution Double Up Liquid Shadows can be used in a variety of ways, including as a topper to add sparkle and complete a makeup look, as a glistening base to apply a shimmer or pigment on top, as a matte base for a matte eye look, as a matte darker base to apply the metallic or iridescent colours on top, or on their own.

Poor coverage and low reslience.
The colour of both are fab. But unfortunately the product doesn’t go on well and slides back off within minutes. Only place it stayed was my eyelashes because the brush doesn’t deliver where you want it too.
