The RoC Double Action Eye Make-Up Remover is designed to effectively remove impurities and eye makeup, while remaining gentle on the sensitive eye area.
The double-action makeup remover uses a unique combination of water and oil. Sweep across the eyes using a cotton pad to help remove even the most stubborn traces of makeup, including waterproof formulas.
Ophthalmologist tested.
Shake the bottle before use and apply with a cotton pad on eyes.
