I absolutely love this little device. I tend to use it few times a week depending on my needs for example if I get a pimple I will use the blue light for 3 days and it will be completely gone. If I’m stressed I tend to use red light a bit more as it’s really bringing that glow to my skin and reducing any inflammation. Love a Saturday pamper session with auto mode too and honestly it’s just such a little gem to have at home.

Cannot recommend this product enough! It has saved my skin! I used to get hormonal break outs once a month and since using this mask for the last 6 weeks that has stopped.
