Shake well before use. Remove cap. Hold bottle upright and squeeze. Only the correct 10ml dose will pour out. Rinse for 30 seconds with 10ml of mouthwash and spit out. Do not swallow. Repeat twice daily.

Bought this product with the whitening pen and strips and I love it! Makes your teeth feel so fresh and keeps my teeth white in between using the strips. also has a self fill lid so there's no waste. Highly recommend.

Alcohol-Free & Refreshing
Absolutely love this product - especially because it is alcohol-free making it is gently on my teeth & gums and there's no lingering burning sensation after use. The self-filling lid is also a cool feature.
