Twist base of pen twenty times or until gel has be sufficiently dispensed onto the brush. Using the brush, paint your teeth with the whitening agent. Leave in place for five minutes. After five minutes rinse gel away with water. Use daily to maintain whitening effects.

So effective and simple to use
Spotlight whitening has become a game-changer for my son. He has beautifully white and quite prominent teeth. Because his top lip does not in resting position meet his bottom lip, he suffers from discolouration of his teeth from the air drying out his teeth overnight. After trying just about anything and everything on the market his dentist recommended the Spotlight whitening range. It works just as well, if not better, than far more expensive products out there and I can't believe my luck that LF stock it. Highly recommend this product, and range. Just wish my dentist had mentioned it earlier.
