Directions of use:
- As a base, apply from your lash line to brow bone.
- To contour use in the crease, on the lid, or a combination of both.
- Apply close to the lash line to use as a liner and enhance your lashes.
- Use wet or dry.

Haven't used Stila eyeshadow for a while. But glad I am using them again. What I call, a good, comfortable, soft eye shadow. Some eye shadows can be either a bit sticky, almost uncomfortable to wear on the eye. Or too dry and hard to blend. These are just right. Never irritate the eyes and a good range of both Matt and Sparkly.
