Gliding on smoothly without skipping, smudging, or pulling, this little wonder is super easy to use and lasts all day!
Directions of use:
- Pull gently on the upper corner of the eye area to stretch and smooth the eye before lining with the liner.
- This will make it easy to line and eliminate bleeding.
- Apply the liner as close to the lashes as possible.
- In order to avoid a gap between the lashes and the lining, try painting the liner into the lashes using small feathering strokes.

This is my forever fav eyeliner. The pen is perfect for defined lines, and a cat eye if feeling wild. I have found with other brands the tip dries out easily, and this never happens with Stila. The black is impactful and bold, and lasts me all day.

Finally an eyeliner that doesn't run!
One of the best eyeliners I have EVER used. My skin gets oily throughout the day and whenever I apply eyeliner from other well known brands they always give me panda eyes. This eyeliner doesn't which is amazing! I'm not constantly running to the bathroom wiping my eyes. I have sensitive eyelids too and this did not irritate then at all. No burning sensation! The application brush is really easy to use and glides on really well. It's a fine brush which makes drawing winged eyes a dream. The liner comes out jet black so you don't need to go over the lines repeatedly to get a dark look. If you're looking for an eyeliner that doesn't smudge and dries really quickly then this is the one for you. I'm super happy I have found this eyeliner and it'll be in my makeup bag for a long time.

I have very small eyelid space, they aren't exactly hooded neither they are monolidith but they can't have that big of a cat eye. stila kind of delivers it, it's still a bit fat in my taste but it's a good alternative

Not waterproof
I thought I'd give this a try as I prefer the application as opposed the the liquid eyeliners however this product does not stay on very well at all. Every time I look in the mirror throughout the day it's smudged all around my eyes and looks awful. I will stick with my beloved Mac liquid 24 hours waterproof liner as that doesn't budge at all.
