Gliding on smoothly without skipping, smudging, or pulling, this little wonder is super easy to use and lasts all day!
Directions of use:
- Pull gently on the upper corner of the eye area to stretch and smooth the eye before lining with the liner.
- This will make it easy to line and eliminate bleeding.
- Apply the liner as close to the lashes as possible.
- In order to avoid a gap between the lashes and the lining, try painting the liner into the lashes using small feathering strokes.

My Holy Grail Liner!
I used Collection 2000 eyeliner pen for years and throughout the day a nice print of it would go onto my eye lid. With Stila's waterproof liquid liner it stays all day long without budging! Amazing! Just wish that it'd last a little longer!

I got this liner because I thought I would be really good. I do a winged liner everyday and this one really wasn't as good as some of the cheep 3.99 ones I have. It was not as easy to apply and seemed to crack when on my eyes. Don't recommend

The best liquid eyeliner out there
I use liquid eyeliner on an almost daily basis, and have tried all sorts of eyeliners, including more expensive ones like Charlotte Tilbury. None of them matches the Stila one. It lasts nearly all day and is quick and easy to apply. With previous eyeliners (like the CT one) I'd have to drag the brush along my hand to activate the colour and it would end up messy and dull in pigment. Wouldn't go back to any other eyeliner!

I have fairly oily lids and had a nighmare finding an eyeliner that would stay and wouldnt smudge all day. I do a very physically demanding job which makes me sweat and usually i’d need to fox my eyeliner at least twice a day. But this eyeliner has been a GODSEND! Unfortunately I was really disappointed by this product. It’s very dry and doesn’t paint a full line on my skin. Maybe that is bc I have dry skin but for the price and after reading all the good reviews I expected more. Wouldn’t recommend it for somebody with dry or mixed skin. I had better drugstore versions before.

I've read ALL the rave reviews about how this stays put for so long and doesn't smudge. I found it to last less than a desirable 3 hours when applied to my water lash line. Big bummer. I've yet to find one that really holds up to it's promise of ALL day!
