Now I use it occasionally, or after getting my hair colour or perm. The consistency is light, like an oil mixed with water. It hasn't done anything to reduce grey hair, nor have I noticed thicker hair. But strangely less hair falls out in the shower.

I’ve been using this almost every night for two years after I damaged my hair with bleach and then got Covid so loads fell out, my hair was in a very sorry state. My hair is completely different now, just to be transparent I take vitamins, oil my hair and take very good care of it so perhaps it’s not just this however I’d never be without it. I apply it before bed and use a scalp massager to work it in, oil my hair, braid it and then sleep. I have fine and thin hair and in the morning this doesn’t leave it looking or feeling greasy. I think this helped my hair grow back, especially around my hairline.
