Formulated with 23% of pure Vitamin C (L-Ascorbic Acid, which remains completely stable due to the absence of water), the formula helps to reverse signs of ageing whilst boosting natural radiance. Its dose of dehydrated spheres of Hyaluronic Acid plump skin with moisture and promote smoother, younger-looking skin. Ideally applied at night-time.
Apply a small amount to face in the AM or the PM. A slight tingling sensation can be expected after application.

weird texture and scent
I used this only a couple times but i did notice a difference in my skintone. But unfortunately, i dislike the texture of this product. It feels grainy and sandpaper-like when i apply it on my skin. And it was quite greasy even on my dry skin.

Irritated usually ‘easy-going’ skin
Wanted to love this but, despite tolerating the slight gritty texture (not a problem for me if it does it’s job), I ended up having to wash my face after an hour as it continued to sting and began to itch. I usually tolerate all face products no problem and rely on The Ordinary alone for all my skincare so I was surprised I couldn’t tolerate this one . I won’t be ordering again, sadly.

Really grainy and takes a while to dissolve on skin
This does make my skin glow but it is so grainy like rubbing sand into my skin. It dissolves after around ten minutes or if I apply another cream on top but I don’t use it very often as I just don’t have the time to wait for it to dissolve.
