It feels like a normal lip balm. The fact it has spf is a bonus. I wore it under and sometimes over lipstick and own its own. It is moisturising without being sticky. Great find.

I find sunscreen seems to seep into my eyes and cause irritation, but this is perfect to apply as an under eye balm to give protection and provide a not too greasy base for concealer.
