Really works well but..
Make sure you eat when taking them. I have them in the morning whilst I have my smoothie & toast. I was tsking them on an empty stomach & it was making me throw up. My nails are finally strong!

Great
After 2 weeks of taking them i noticed that my nails i can keep my nails long as they are resistant and also my hair started to grow and i'm feeling it stronger. The pills are easy to take. I highly recommend them :)

Amazing
After about a week of taking these I noticed my hair looked healthier and my nails were getting stronger. After a few weeks I actually had long nails for the first time in my life and my hair was longer and thicker! Would highly recommend!

No improvement
I didn't see any improvement after taking those pills. What I did notice though was the belch after taking them.
