I started to use this after my hairdresser recommended. I use on damp hair before I dry & straighten. Lovely fresh smell, protects my hair & doesn't make my fine hair greasy. I also use religiously on holiday, spray on my dry hair every morning before I go out in the sun, which helps protect my colour & condition. No fried ends!
