I did not feel any stimulation, but it seems to work as a toner. Non greasy. Scalp does not feel dry. I follow up with soap serum and scalp oil

I like this, and unlike others it doesn’t make my hair immediately greasy but I do think it’s builds up, I haven’t seen any results yet as I’ve only been using it for about a week. Overall I think this is a good product.
