I leave this on over night with a towel or bed cap on. Wash it out the next day and shampoo as normal. My hair feels extra strong and soft. A little goes a long way so it is quite good value for money. I would recommend to anyone with coloured long thick hair for a pamper treatment

I struggle with frizz and couldn’t believe how well this product performs, as I had no frizz once using this product, I usually get frizzy hair once in humid places but after using this, I didn’t have that problem.
