I tend to use this once a week by leaving it in my hair overnight with a cap on. It makes my hair feel soft and nourished. Definitely worth it.

This is great for giving for your a pre wash treatment - I do find it hard to remember to do before washing hair though - and if I have a lot of product in hair I don’t like to use this - but when i do use it’s great
