Product hard and dry and colour does not transfer to lips. Tried complaining but getting nowhere so have just wasted my money

Do not buy this it’s awful it’s like rubbing a candle on your lips  No colour comes out it’s literally the worst product I’ve ever bought  Pixi is normally so good too

Love Pixi products but this lipstick is awful, so hard to get anything off it , it’s dry and sticky and doesn’t taste nice either! Such a shame as it’s a lovely colour , really disappointed

Loved all of my other pixi products but, unfortunately the lipstick was rock hard. I could not glide it across my lips. I tried to use a brush to apply, but this just made small clippings of the lipstick come away, but would not spread onto my lips, so this was without success. Ii was as if it had been stored somewhere cold, maybe and this would explain why it is stuck fast like cement. Sorry to have to tell you this. I am very disappointed that the lipstick was a flop. I have spent quite a bit of money on facial products and they seem to be working out fine. I have not had any bad reactions, and I love 💕 the fresh feeling, and the lovely way they make my skin feel and dare I say look. Love 💗 the pixi rose caviar essence.

Can’t imagine how it is moisturising. It’s really hard to put on, barely any colour comes off also. Very dry and just disappointing. Definitely not worth the price.

I wanted to love this product, the description sounded perfect. In reality the lipstick was solid/hard, it requires a lot if pressure to actually put anything onto your skin (I tried it on my hand first). Once you do get a small smear of colour, it is both dry and sticky. I can't imagine it being very pleasant on your lips!! It also smells really bad, like rubber. Top marks to LookFantastic team who on my email, immediately sent a replacement, which turned out to be identical. A refund was then completed same day. Bravo LF fab customer service!
