The PMD Personal Microderm Classic is a revolutionary at-home skincare device that delivers the same results as professional microdermabrasion treatments.
Combining Patented Spinning Disc technology with Perfectly Calibrated Vacuum Suction, the hand-held device will leave skin looking fresh and radiant by targeting and reducing the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, blemishes and enlarged pores. The spinning discs are embedded with Aluminium Oxide Crystals to exfoliate dead skin cells, while the suction action promotes circulation to encourage the natural healing process. Collagen and elastin is enhanced and skin appears firmer and youthful. Exfoliating skin removes the top layer of dead skin cells, which aids better absorption of skincare products for maximised efficacy.
The Classic device is programmed with one speed setting and comes with classic face and body caps. Set up from 110 volts to 220 and 230 volts.

- 2 x Blue Sensitive Discs
- 1 x Green Moderate Discs.
Step 1: Thoroughly cleanse the skin.
Step 2: Allow the skin to dry completely before beginning.
Step 3: Choose a disc. After practising with the white disc, move on to the blue disc, which is the most gentle. Use the small disc for face and delicate areas and the large disc on the body.
Step 4: Make sure that the black filter is on the device to prevent dead skin cells from clogging the vacuum suction.
Step 5: Use a free hand to pull the skin taut in the treatment area.
Step 6: Move the PMD Personal Microderm in an upward motion across the skin. Note: Do not make more than two passes over one area during the treatment.
Step 7: Following the treatment, use a toner to neutralise the pH balance in the skin and a recovery moisturiser.
Step 8: Let the skin recover. Wait 6-7 days between treatments.

Be careful
This left bruises and scratches on the skin surface, even with the mild setting. I don’t think it’s worth the damage to the skin when there are more effective exfoliators out there. Also very noisy! And difficult to manoeuvre in the smaller areas of the face
