lovely product
I have been using this for over 6 months now and I can honestly say it has made such a difference, my skin is glowing, my nails are stronger and longer, my hair is thick and to top it off a bald patch which I have had for years after burning on tongs has started to grow back.

Surprised
Having read other reviews I popped these in the fridge. The taste is not great but you get used to it. I genuinely noticed a difference after 4 days and would recommend them if you are looking for a boost. A bit pricey to continue taking every day.

Got these due to tik tok and all the hype. Tastes pretty awful and hasn’t done much for me to be honest. I’m sure they’ll be good for some people! Expensive too.
