Been thinking about trying collagen supplements for a while and decided to give these a go. I mix with water every morning, they taste pleasant and I've been taking them for a month now. Definitely seen an improvement in my skin, looks fresher and more glowy. I like that it includes vitamins as well, as I was always forgetting to take Vit D previously. My husband has also started stealing them, so I'm going to have to stock up in bulk!
