Interesting highlighter, great for experimenting
I love that this highlighter is more of a jelly consistency. It’s interesting to use it in other areas like shoulders, collar bones and around the bust. The consistency makes it great for this as it keeps you looking hydrated. It’s a fun one for summer.

This is good, I find it blends better with a sponge than any other tool otherwise it messes up your make up. Has a good glow!
