DOES NOTHING!
I have used this product twice in two days and has done nothing! Total waste of money

Don’t bother
I followed the instructions to the letter having read them thoroughly and watched the video. 90 mins later no difference at all, just feels like I used a low quality shampoo and conditioner. I used a different brand a few years ago and it was brilliant and took out all the colour I had added. I wish I had got that one again.

Quite good
I used this to lift a black box dye that was fading fast due to my hair being bleached previously ( badly ) It lifted lots of the colour out the first time and I then purchased another box which lifted some more. I have to say that it was good but not the amazing results others have claimed to have. However, it was sufficient enough to make my hairdressers life easier
