Given me a rash on my eyelids!

This looks really pretty on, but I've unfortunately had quite a bad reaction to it and have a rash on my eyelids and the outer corner of my eyes. My skin can be sensitive to skincare type products, but I've never had a reaction like this to makeup before and never a rash quite like this.
