This is my favourite go to brow pencil. It has a thin tip that helps you to get neat precise brows every time. For me it beats many of the  high end pencils that are out there.

the product doesn't apply because its so dry and has a sheer very application almost as if shadow. and this is my review straight out of the packaging. don't but it. Max factor's similar brow pencil is better!
