It can't tackle my waterproof mascara but everything else melts away

This is a very good alternative for more expensive cleansing bars (I.e clinique or elemis). It effectively cleanses my skin and removes make up

Does not help remove waterproof mascaras. I have used own label cleansing balms that do a much better job for half the price.

This is a good cleansing balm for the price. Comes with a tiny cloth to remove from skin, this could have done with being slightly bigger.  Leaves residue on the skin. 

I usually use elemis but thought I would try this based on the reviews and price. Removes all makeup and leaves skin nice and soft. Will buy again.

I brought this alternative to a high end cleansing balm, and was really pleasantly surprised! Doesn’t leave an oily residue after washing off, and cleans away eye makeup without stinging! Just amazing, will definitely be re purchasing once I have finished. 

This is a good cleansing balm for the price. It works well to remove base make up but struggles with any water/humidity resistant mascara. It leaves a bit of residue on skin after use so I only use as a first cleanse then double cleanse with another facial wash. The little cloth that comes with the product does help to remove the residue.

The balm is OK for the price but not as good as the elemis balm

Really love this product. Removes all my makeup and leaves my skin looking and feeling lush! A bargain price too!

This cleansing balm is really rich and melts make up away easily. It is quite firm so I have to use a spatula to get it out which isn't included, but a cloth is included. It is easy to wash off and make up comes off in one go
