Gently twist to open the capsule. Smooth serum over cleansed face at night. Begin applying every other night and gradually increase frequency to every night. Awful
These are the worst I’ve ever used. They do not hold much inside them content wise and it’s a cream rather than a liquid. It doesn’t spread and barely covers half the face. Very drying

Brill glow with Roc C
Skin has never felt so good in the morning, with a bright glow capsules were brilliant. I’ve avoided capsules in the past thinking they will be messy to use but these were Very easy to use.
